I define myself as a printmaker, sculptor and painter, which has led me to express myself also as a writer. One medium has been a direct influence over another, strengthening my artistic expression.

Writing has become an essential part of my creative process, coming from a state of meditation, the result of a personal spiritual journey and a strong desire to find my truth. It's in that silence that I meet and I know myself. As an additional way of expression, the need to write what I feel during the creative process has transformed my work and myself.

As I approach the canvas there is no preconceived idea of the result, guided by my intuition, rather than my thoughts, I enter into a deep personal silence. Immersed in that silence and in the process of creation is that I connect with the energy that surrounds me and the universal power. The process naturally flows, my body being the main instrument of creation and my soul the creator entity.

After I finish writing, I read what I wrote in the process and it is at that moment that I understand the meaning of the work and what I wanted to express through it. From the writings come the titles of the art work and the poems that always accompanies each of my works. And so, it is through the use of words that my art also becomes a poetic expression

My work is a reflection of my spiritual journey, result of a profound acceptance and rejoicing. I have previously used titles like "Creator Goddess" and "Goddess of Me", it is my intention and purpose because it is my vision that in each of us there is a god and we are all destined for that greatness. This is why, with intention, my titles and writings are decrees of what I wish to achieve.

Through the power of words I am forced to remember the absolute greatness that dwells in me as a spiritual being. I speak of self-love, me as a goddess, me as the creator of my destiny. My works are like mirrors, in them is the reflection of what I am in essence, soul and energy.

I paint what I am, what I feel, honesty reflected in my creation.

I create to achieve spiritual growth, to be better than I am, to know myself.

Through my work I become a better woman, better mother, better daughter, friend, sister, better human being. When as an artist I face a huge canvas, completely blank, a challenge that can be highly intimidation; you need to face fear and be brave. Art has given me the strength and courage to face life's obstacles.

It is my desire to become the best version of the best vision I can have of myself. Although my work is very personal, it has a universal message of self-love, acceptance and empowerment, so I invite the viewer to observe my work, to read my words but above all to feel what each piece evokes. My work is for all who wish to meet and love oneself; for my daughters, to recognize the greatness that exists in them and the creator goddesses they are.
